Last Camp before summer.
We finished for the summer with an air rifle shooting weekend at SnowBall Plantation. Not sure how but we again managed to have great weather during the day. We did get some rain on the Saturday night which normally we would not mind but tonight was special. 2 scouts attempted to sleep out in what they call a bivy, we would call it a tarp tied in a tree, it turned out to not be waterproof and some earlier hour in the morning they headed into the tent. Nice try though maybe next time they will listen how to make them properly.
Although we had a great weekend it was also a sad weekend. This was the last camp Matty would be attending not out of choice but it was just time for him to move on.
